As Snyder was leaving, he turned to Officer Jack Tiller and remarked, "Oh look, the bully's back" and turned to leave. This appeared to enrage the officer, who then proceeded to push Snyder. The video then continues outside with the Officer sitting on Snyder and beating him. The felony charge where the Officer claimed that Snyder attempted to strike him has since been dropped.
