Chupacabra (drink)

This drink takes its name from the mythical chupacabra, or 'goat sucker'.

A chupacabra may variously be:

Chupacabra Shot is a shot served with Tequila and Tabasco sauce. (Some places substitute the Tabasco with chilled Jägermeister).

Chupacabra Verde is served with a dose of green pepper sauce. The Chupacabra Amarillo is served with yellow pepper sauce.

Chupacabra cocktail a variation on the Cuba Libre that includes Grenadine representing goat blood. Additionally the lime is not muddled, but rather halved "The right way". The drink is shaken and strained in a mixer.
