Centric CRM

Centric CRM is a software company located in Norfolk, Virginia that is part of the Open Solutions Alliance. The company has two products: Centric CRM (a Customer Relationship Management application) and Centric Team Elements (a collaboration tool for businesses that integrates with the CRM). The company was founded in 2000. Both the CRM and Team Elements are written in Java, using the J2EE environment and a model-view-controller framework. The management of the company includes David Richards, the CEO, Matt Rajkowski, VP and Chief Architect, Michael Harvey, EVP/CMO, and Tom Manos, EVP/CTO. IBM has a partnership with Centric CRM, according to Centric CRM's official website. Also according to their website, The Weather Channel is a customer that uses Centric CRM. Intel Capital, the venture capital branch of Intel Corporation, invested in Centric CRM on June 13th, 2007.
