The World Blanket is an indie rock band that formed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in late 2005. The band made their live debut on February 12, 2006 at [http://www.thekhyber.com/ The Khyber] in Philadelphia, PA. Since that time, they have regularly played indie rock venues in the Philadelphia and New York City areas, and occasionally tour to other parts of the country.
