Merv Neagle (born 7 March 1958) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Essendon and Sydney in the VFL/AFL.

A centreman, Neagle was a member of Essendon's 1984 premiership side. He finished second in the 1980 Brownlow Medal and equal fifth the following season.

He is the father of Essendon player Jay Neagle.
