Noted for his versatility, Slezak has played characters ranging from a tough-minded Green Beret (opposite Bruce Willis in "The Siege" ) to Francesca's adult son in "The Bridges of Madison County".

On Broadway, he starred as John F. Kennedy, opposite Margaret Colin, in "Jackie: An American Life".
