Boone Grove, Indiana

Boone Grove, Indiana

Boone Grove is an unincorporated rural community in Porter County, Indiana, southwest of the larger town of Valparaiso, which is actually a city.

The actual Boone Grove High School is not located in the small town of Boone Grove, but in the town of Valparaiso, Indiana, although 5-1/2 miles outside of that city. 260 S 500 W is the school's address. The old high school (which is now one of the elementary schools, Boone Grove Elementary, and the middle school) is still located in Boone Grove next to a sheep farm. The track and field team for the high school still practices behind the middle school (the old high school). The baseball and softball teams each have a field at the high school, however there are more fields at the middle school (the old high school) by the track. There are only four tennis courts at the high school, and none at the middle school. The Boone Grove school mascot is a wolf.

The sports teams at Boone Grove High School in Boone Grove, IN are nicknamed the "Wolves".

The current Boone Grove Middle School is a mixture of children from the Boone Grove Elementary School and the nearby Porter Lakes Elementary School located on 725 West, Hebron, IN.
