Dr. Yahya R. Kamalipour (PerB| یحیی کمالی پور , born
November 29 ,1947 ) is professor and head of the Department of Communication and Creative Arts, and director of theCenter for Global Studies ,Purdue University Calumet , Hammond, Indiana, USA. He is the founder and managing editor ofGlobal Media Journal with 13 established editions throughout the world, co-founder and co-editor ofJournal of Globalization for the Common Good (http://www.commongoodjournal.com), and founder of the Global Communication Association (http://www.globalcomassociation.com). In addition to numerous speeches, mass media appearances and interviews, Kamalipour’s articles have appeared in professional and mainstream publications in the U.S. and abroad.Kamalipour earned his Ph.D. degree in Communication (Radio-TV-Film) from
University of Missouri , M.A. degree in Mass Media fromUniversity of Wisconsin-Superior , and B.A. degree in Mass Communication (Public Relations) fromMinnesota State University .Publications
