"Earth Surface Processes and Landforms" is the journal of the British Society for Geomorphology (BSG) , formerly the British Geomorphological Research Group (BGRG). The BSG promotes the field of geomorphology, encouraging interests in: earth surface processes, and the erosion, deposition and formation of landforms and sediments. Foci include the physical geography of rivers, valleys, glaciers, mountains, hills, slopes, coasts, deserts and estuary environments; along with research in to Holocene, Pleistocene or Quaternary science. The journal is edited by Prof. Mike Kirkby (Managing Editor) and Dr. Steve Darby (BSG Associate Editor) together with an international Editorial Board
