Dominic Zapata (born February 14, 1971), is a Filipino television and film director. He is a graduate of De La Salle University-Manila and Don Bosco High School. Zapata dated Krista Ranillo for eight years.[1][2]

He has directed numerous television shows such as "Music Bureau", "TGIS", 'Kada", "GMA Love Stories", "Pintados", "Kakabakaba", "Beh Bote Nga", "Nuts Entertainment", "Click", "Twin Hearts", "Mulawin", Kim Samsoon with Regine Velasquez "Darna" (Angel Locsin), "Captain Barbell-Richard Gutierrez", "Sugo", "Super Twins", "Kung Ako Ikaw", "Zaido","LaLola", "Zorro" (Richard Gutierrez), the new Darna (Marian Rivera), Diva ( Regine Velasquez), Jejemom (Eugene Domingo), Comedy Bar, and Grazilda (Glaiza de Castro), Captain Barbell 2011-The New Saga (Richard Gutierrez).
He has also directed music videos and has done editing and musical scoring. He is known as the "golden boy" of GMA Network, having directed top-rated shows that helped the network in increasing its ratings.
His films include "Kuya", "Mulawin the Movie","My Valentine Girls".
