Sir Robert Gray Cornish Mowbray, 2nd Baronet, DL (21 May 1850-23 July 1916), was a British Conservative politician.
Mowbray was the son of Sir John Mowbray, 1st Baronet, and his wife Elizabeth Grey (née Mowbray). He was returned to Parliament for Prestwich in 1886, a seat he held until 1895, and later represented Brixton from 1900 to 1906.
Mowbray died in July 1916, aged 66.
