Dinky line (or simply "Dinky") is a U.S. nickname sometimes used to describe a short railroad line, usually with short trainsets known as Dinky trains.
The following lines have been called 'Dinky Line':
- Baltimore and Washington Transit Company (from Takoma Station to the Wildwood Hotel on Sligo Creek in Takoma Park, Maryland)
- Chicago and North Western Fennimore to Woodman narrow gauge line Wisconsin.
- New Canaan Branch
- Orlando and Winter Park Railway
- Princeton Branch (New Jersey Transit)
- Cynwyd Line (SEPTA)
- Searcy County, Arkansas (a short spur line built by the North Arkansas Line to haul timber to the mills in Leslie)
