The Shy Ground-dove ("Gallicolumba stairi") is a species of bird in the Columbidae family. The species was formerly known as the Friendly Ground Dove. It is found in American Samoa, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, and Wallis and Futuna Islands. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
