Trois-Rives is a municipality in the Mauricie region of the province of Quebec in Canada.

History and Geography

It was established in 1972 as Boucher and later changed name, becoming Trois-Rives. The first name was chosen honor Pierre Boucher who once was a French colonial leader in Trois-Rivières.
