Distribution
The Oregon Slender Salamander is endemic to the Northwestern United States. [1]
Its natural habitat is temperate forests of moist Douglas fir, maple, and red cedar woodlands in Oregon, to 3,000 feet (910 m).[1]

The Oregon Slender Salamander is threatened by habitat loss, it is an IUCN Red List Vulnerable species. [1]
