St. Marys is a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, located to the south of the Central Business District. It is bordered by Daws Road (south), South Road (west), Cashel Street (east) and Mill Terrace (south) [cite book|title=2003 Adelaide Street Directory, 41st Edition |publisher=UBD (A Division of Universal Press Pty Ltd) |year=2003 |isbn=0-7319-1441-4] . The suburb is located within the City of Mitcham local government authority. "St. Marys Park" is one of the largest reserves within the suburb and was originally the training ground of the South Adelaide Football Club.

In 2006, former NBA all-star Karl Malone claimed that the Hilton Hotel in St. Marys, Australia had the "best damn fried chicken" that he had ever eaten. South Park parodied this statement in episode 76, "The Entity".
