Chaunus rubropunctatus is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is found in Argentina and Chile. Its natural habitats are subantarctic forests, temperate forests, subtropical or tropical dry forests, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
