The ESIW or Employment Services Information Warehouse or Warehouse acts as a community driven pilot project funded by Service Canada. It is a free centralized, coordinated and accessible resource for the unemployed in the City of Toronto.
Services
A hotline for the general public that refers people quickly to services that meet their job search needs.
The ESIW staff outreach to the community groups to meet with the general public to provide quick referrals to services.
Workshops to the community about how people can get work faster through accessing specific help dealing with specific needs.
The ESIW maintains [http://www.employmentflyers.org a website] for use by all. There are over 400 flyers about different free services that help the unemployed of Toronto find work.
