Westfield Plenty Valley is a shopping centre in the suburb of Mill Park in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Until its expansion in 2008, it was known as Plenty Valley Town Centre and hosted one major store (Coles Supermarket), and approximately 22 specialty stores.

Westfield commenced a redevelopment program for the centre in 2007, expanding the area to 48,900² at a cost of approx $200 million. Westfield Plenty Valley has approx 148 stores and is anchored by 4 major stores including Coles Supermarket, Safeway Supermarket, Target Department Store and a Kmart. In addition, there are also 2,230 car spaces, a 600-seat food court and 7 mini-major stores including an Aldi and a JB Hi-fi. The centre opened on 22nd May 2008.

Stage 3 is in the planning stage, but is not due for completion til 2012, due to City of Whittlesea planning constraints that subject all future extensions to planning approvals. Fact|date=May 2008

Reading Cinemas are expecting to build a Gold Class Cinema complex at the site. Contracts were signed for the new multi-million dollar complex to be completed by 2010.Fact|date=May 2008
