"Red Books: Our Search for Ellen White" is a play about Ellen White, a co-founder of the
Seventh-day Adventist Church , and the various perceptions of her throughout the history of the church. It is produced by the Dramatic Arts Society ofPacific Union College inCalifornia .The play was created by Mei Ann Teo, the artistic director of the Dramatic Arts Society, together with Pacific Union College students Eryck Chairez and Zach Dunn. The theme is of young Adventists struggling to find their own interpretation of how they should read Ellen White for themselves.Fact|date=February 2008 It was based on interviews collected from over 200 individuals. The play will be shown at the Adventist Forum Conference at Santa Rosa,
California from September 28–30, 2007.
