A Trailer light converter (TLC) is an electrical component used for the wiring of a trailer onto the towing vehicle. It is usually necessary because of differences in the wiring of the two vehicles, such as a difference in voltage or the number of wires.

Wiring

Some Trailer light converters follow an electrical wiring colour scheme.
