Out of the Shallow End is a 2007 EP released by American hard rock band AM Conspiracy. It is the band's first release.

The tracks "Absence" and "Far" have experienced rotation on XM Satellite Radio's SquiZZ, Europe's Kerrang!, and various FM stations across the US. "Right On Time" and "Welt" (previously unreleased) were also included on the WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 soundtrack.
