The Central New York Railroad reporting mark|CNYK is a class III railroad operating in New York and Pennsylvania. The railroad mostly follows the Delaware River valley, traverses the Starrucca Viaduct, and then follows the Susquehanna River on its way to Binghamton.
The CNYK is owned by Delaware Otsego Corporation, also parent company of the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway (NYSW). CNYK operates over the former Erie Railroad's, ex-Conrail, Southern Tier railroad line which is leased from Norfolk Southern Railway (NS). NYSW operates all CNYK trains over the Southern Tier.
