Notre Dame Preparatory High School is a private Catholic high school located in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. The site of the school was purchased by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix in March 2001. The school is expected by the Diocese to become the flagship Catholic high school in Arizona.

The school opened in August 2002 with only a freshman and sophomore class. The first class of 72 students graduated on May 21, 2005.

"...Notre Dame Preparatory is a Diocesan Catholic High School that engages in the faith formation of the mind, body, and soul of young adults. The school accomplishes this by integrating faith into a college preparatory curriculum, promoting academic excellence, moral values, and lifelong service."

Clubs include: Recreational Sports Club, Hiking Club,Friends of the Orphans Club, Philosophy Club, Literary Magazine Club ("Perspective"), Liturgy Committee, Invisible Children's Club, Medical Club, Knit and Crochet Club, National Honors Society, Key Club, French Club, Young Conservatives Club, Diversity Club, Drama Club, Improv Comedy Club, Sister Cities International Club, Politics Club, and Bring-It (A Men's Christian Formation Group), Build it! (A Group for Women Athletes).
