Zack Greer (born February 12, 1986 in Whitby, Ontario) is a Canadian lacrosse player. Greer plays the attack position for the Bryant University lacrosse team, after graduating from Duke University in 2008. He also played in the OLA Junior A Lacrosse League with the Whitby Warriors.

Greer attended high school at "All Saints Catholic Secondary School" in Whitby, and grew up playing box lacrosse. Greer is left-handed, and like many box lacrosse players, rarely uses his offhand. In 2006, Zack Greer and his teammate Matt Danowski led the Blue Devils high powered attack to the 2007 NCAA Final Four. Duke faced Johns Hopkins University in the final, only to lose after mounting a strong comeback at the end of the game [cite web |url=http://www.ncaasports.com/lacrosse/mens/recaps/d1_0528_id550296/2007|title=Johns Hopkins 12, Duke 11 |accessdate=2007-07-18|work=NCAA Sports.com] . In 2008, Greer led the league in goals scored, helping to lead Duke to the Final Four once again. However, Duke fell short, losing to Johns Hopkins in the semi-finals.

Greer was a first team All-American at Duke, and was ranked 9th on the Tewaaraton Trophy watch list by Inside Lacrosse Magazine. Greer averaged 4.71 goals a game in 2007.cite web |url=http://www.goduke.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=4200&ATCLID=792824|title=Zack Greer Blue Devil Player Bio|accessdate=2007-07-18 |format= |work=GoDuke.com ] He holds the all-time Duke [cite web |url=http://www.insidelacrosse.com/page.cfm?pagerid=2&news=fdetail&storyid=183865 |title=Duke's Greer sets school record in rout of UNC |accessdate=2008-03-17 |author=Taylor, Jeff |date=March 15, 2008 |work= |publisher=InsideLacrosse.com] and NCAA lacrosse goals record. Resulting from "unusual circumstance," the NCAA granted 33 Duke Lacrosse players, including Greer, a rare fifth year of eligibility. which was granted to many players of the Duke lacrosse team in return for their season being cancelled in 2006 because of the Duke University lacrosse team scandal [cite web |url=http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/news/story?id=2887146|title=NCAA to allow Duke players to reclaim lost season|accessdate=2007-05-31|work=ESPN.com]

Greer will use his fifth year of eligibility and pursue a graduate business degree at Bryant University in the fall of 2008 where he will play under former Duke head coach, Mike Pressler. Bryant University, a former Division II school, will be playing Division I college lacrosse for the first time in 2009.
