Dyseriocrania subpurpurella is a diurnal moth from the family Eriocraniidae. It is found in Europe.

The wingspan of the moth ranges from 9-14 mm. The wings are metallic gold with saffire-blue and ruby-red dots.

The flight time ranges from April to May. The caterpillar mimics the leaf of Quercus species and mines the leaves of these plants.
