Sânzieni or Kézdiszentlélek (Romanian: "Sânzieni"; Hungarian: "Kézdiszentlélek") is a commune in Covasna County, Romania comprising of 4 villages:
*Caşinu Mic/Kiskászon
*Petriceni/Kézdikővár
*Sânzieni/Kézdiszentlélek
*Valea Seacă/Kézdiszárazpatak

Demographics

The commune has an absolute Székely Hungarian majority. According to the 2002 Census it has a population of 4,682 of which 99.34% or 4,651 are Hungarian.
