The Clemens Family Corporation is an American holding company that owns Hatfield Quality Meats, Wild Bill's Foods (Beef Jerky), Nick's Sausage, Country View Family Farms, Creta Farms, Pleasant Valley Transport, and CFC Logistics (Cold storage). It is privately held by members of the Clemens family and is one of the nation's oldest family-owned marketers of value-added pork products.[1] Clemens Markets is a former division of the company. Philip Clemens is the president and CEO of Clemens Family Corporation.[2]
