History

The station signed on as WVMG in the 1970's, now owned by Georgia Eagle Broadcasting under the moniker "Classic Hits 96Q". Bleckley County High School Sports, Georgia Tech football, and Middle Georgia College Baseball are featured on this station. WDXQ-AM changed their call letters to WDCO-AM and now broadcasts Southern Gospel full-time.WDXQ programs Southern Gospel on Sunday Mornings from 8am until 11 am on WDXQ 96.7FM and WDCO 1440AM.The program titled GOOD NEWS GOSPEL MUSIC is hosted by Southern Gospel DJ Al Dube.
