The Ancient Egyptian noble Meketre was chancellor and chief steward during the reign of Mentuhotep II and Mentuhotep III, during the Middle Kingdom. His tomb is located in Sheikh Abd el-Qurna, part of the Theban Necropolis contained several wooden replicas, representing the daily activities and life in Ancient Egypt, together with figurines of ships, soldiers and cattle were placed near miniature buildings and gardens.[1]
