Park Myeong-su (Korean: 박명수, Hanja: 朴明洙; born August 27, 1970) is a Korean comedian, MC and singer who debuted on television in 1993, appearing on MBC. He is in the top-rated comic variety programme "Muhan Dojeon" as well as "FunFunRadio" (both of which are distributed by MBC). In addition to his television appearances, he has also released several music singles, including "Prince of the Sea", which was covered by LPG in 2007.

Muhan Dojeon Nicknames and Persona

On Muhan Dojeon, he is called 'the 2nd member'(2인자) putting him below the Host-in-chief Yu Jae-seok. He is also known as "Big Star" (Guh-seong 거성/巨星), so called for his rise to stardom. Another nickname is "Chicken CEO," in reference to the Kyochon Chicken Shop which he operated (he is currently a Seoul metropolitan manager of Imsil Cheese Pizza restaurant).

He is famous for his "scolding" repertoire (호통개그), for shouting phrases, and he is known for arguing with co-host Jeong Jun-ha. The arguments between Jun-ha and Myeong-su have become an occasional segment called "Ha & Su").

On October 2007, Park Myeong-su acquired yet another nickname, 'Worthless elder (brother)'(하찮은 형) [ [http://www.heraldbiz.com/SITE/data/html_dir/2007/10/30/200710300331.asp The star who recognizes the importance of story, Park Myeong-su] (Korean), Herald Economy, Retrieved on October 31, 2007] after co-host Noh Hong-cheol referred to him as a 'worthless person with a worthless body'(하찮은 박명수님, 하찮은 몸) in comparison to world-class Figure skater Kim Yu-Na.
