Conference Carolinas sponsors intercollegiate athletic competition in men’s baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s golf, men’s and women’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s soccer, women’s softball, men’s and women’s tennis, and men's and women’s volleyball.
Beginning with the 2011–12 academic year, when Barton becomes the sixth member to sponsor men's volleyball, Conference Carolinas will become the fourth official scholarship-granting conference in NCAA men's volleyball, and the first to consist solely of Division II members.
