John Bell (born

Dumbarton F.C. , Everton, Celtic, New Brighton Tower and Preston North End. He also represented the Scottish national team ten times between 1890 and 1900 and the Scottish League twice. During his time with Everton he helped organise the Association Footballers' Union and later served as its president.In 1909, Bell was appointed manager/coach of former club Preston.
