CORD (Christian Outreach Relief and Development) - New life after conflict CORD is a humanitarian organisation working with displaced people and communities affected by violent conflicts around the world[1]. Established in 1967 and rooted in Christian faith. Located in Leamington Spa, UK.

CORD's key sectors are education and livelihoods. It is also occupied with issues of child protection, gender violence, trauma, HIV/AIDS, environment, peace and reconciliation.

The organization works in Chad, Cambodia, Burundi, Northern Uganda, Sierra Leone, DRC, Philippines, Vietnam and India combining its efforts with the support of individuals, churches, schools, trusts, companies, the British Government, the European Union and the United Nations. CORD took an active part in gathering support for the victims of the Darfur conflict.
