Ram Kapse

Ram Kapse

Ram Kapse (born 1 December, 1933) is a former Lt Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He is a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He represented Thane in the 10th Lok Sabha.
