Louisiana Highway 654 (LA 654) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Lafourche Parish. It spans 6.56 miles in a west to east direction.

Route description

From the west, LA 654 begins at an intersection with LA 308 just north of Lockport and heads eastward toward Gheens. The state maintained portion ends there, and the local road that follows ends shortly thereafter.

LA 654 is an undivded, two-lane highway for its entire length.
