Louis-Hébert is a provincial electoral district in the Canadian province of
Quebec . Located in theCapitale-Nationale region, the riding was formed in 1965 and includes mostly central and western portions ofQuebec City west of Autoroute 73 and Autoroute 740. For nearly a century, from 1867 to 1965, it was part of the riding ofQuebec-Ouest .The riding was named after the first legal farmer of
