The 2nd Alpini Signals Regiment is a Signals regiment of the Italian Army, specializing in Mountain Combat. It is based in the city of Bolzano and consists of the Gardena and Pordoi battalions. The Alpini are a mountain infantry corps of the Italian Army, that distinguished itself in combat during World War I and World War II.
