The Dorrigo railway line is a closed railway line in the north of New South Wales, Australia ["The Railway in the Dorrigo Ranges" Swan, K.T.D. Australian Railway Historical Society Bulletin, August, 1953 pp93-96] . The line opened in 1924, [cite web | last = Bozier | first = Rolfe | coaauthors = "et al" | work = NSWrail.net | title = Dorrigo Line | url=http://www.nswrail.net/lines/show.php?name=NSW:dorrigo | accessdate = 2007-05-07 ] and was used predominately to haul timber to ports. The line was closed in 1975 after flood damage in the preceding years. Parts of the line are used by heritage railway organisations Glenreagh Mountain Railway and Dorrigo Steam Railway and Museum.
