Mitchell Chapman also Mitch, Mark, Chappo, Horse (born 15 March 1983 in Sydney and educated at The King's School, Sydney[1] and Brisbane Grammar School) is an Australian Rugby Union player for the ACT Brumbies in the international Super 14 competition. Chapman usually plays at the position of Blindside Flanker but can also cover the Second Row and Number 8. His running game has an uncanny likeness to a breakaway horse.

Chapman left the Queensland Reds at the end of the 2007 to sign with the ACT Brumbies.

Mitchell has represented Australia at under 21 level in 2003 and 2004 and captained the Australian schoolboys in 2001; the highlight of his short career was a call up halfway through the 2006 Wallabies Spring Tour to replace to injured Dan Vickerman.

Mitchell was a fine cricket talent in his school years and represented Queensland at under 17 and 19 age groups. He lists other interests as golf, fishing, surfing and bird watching.
