Career
Palmer made his debut in 2008 against the Highlanders and has now played 14 games.[2] His current Waratahs contract is for 2 years. He moved to ACT to play for the Brumbies as he was looking for playing time and is now their starting tighthead prop[3]
Representative rugby
His junior club was Kiama. He has represented Australia at Schoolboy, Under-19, Under-20 and NSW A levels.[4] He plays for Southern Districts in the Shute Shield.[5]
