The curriculum is modelled on the National Curriculum of England, enhanced by the International Primary Curriculum in the primary school, the study of Arabic up to Year 9 and a set of GCSE and GCE A Level courses from Year 9 to Year 13.

The Duke of Edinburgh Award
The Duke of Edinburgh's Award (The International Award for Young People) is designed to expand the horizons of those who participate in it. The majority of eligible year groups take part, helping students understand the importance of community, teamwork and perseverance. In past years, the expeditions have included desert walks, mountain climbing and a recent trip to Thailand. In 2010 the school certified its first gold award student. A second overseas trip to Mauritius was carried out in November 2010. On this trip the pupils helped deprived children by painting their school and integrating with the youngsters. Trekking was also part of this expedition.
