Rajya Pala may refer to:

*Rajya Pala ( 908-940 AD ), the name of seventh ruler of the Pala dynasty of eastern Indian subcontinent, mainly the Bengal and Bihar regions
*Rajya Pala, the founder of the Kamboja Dynasty of Bengal (about middle of tenth century AD). The dynasty is also sometimes called "Kamboja Pala dynasty of Bengal"
