"Living in a Moment" is the second album from American country music artist Ty Herndon. It features the singles "Living in a Moment", "Loved Too Much", "She Wants to Be Wanted Again", and "I Have to Surrender", all of which entered the "Billboard" Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) charts, peaking at #1, #2, #21, and #17, respectively.

Three of this album's songs have also been recorded by other artists: "She Wants to Be Wanted Again" by Western Flyer on their 1996 album "Back in America", and "I Know How the River Feels" by Diamond Rio on their 1998 album "Unbelievable". Diamond Rio would also release this song as a single in 1999. In addition, Gary Allan later recorded "Don't Tell Mama" on his 1999 album "Smoke Rings in the Dark".

Doug Virden and Drew Womack, members of the band Sons of the Desert at the time, provided background vocals on this album.
