Michael "Mike" Horton is an American character actor and voice over artist most remembered for his long-running role as Jessica Fletcher's (Angela Lansbury) nephew, Grady Fletcher, on the television series Murder, She Wrote. He has appeared in over fifty films and television series, including Star Trek: Voyager, ER, Dances with Wolves, Taxi, M*A*S*H, and Baywatch. He played the recurring role of Lt. Daniels in Star Trek: First Contact and Star Trek: Insurrection. Horton has done some voices on cartoons, including the voice of Chip Chase in the 1980s cartoon The Transformers. He did the voice of Hollywood stuntman Jeff Wright on the Jem (TV Series) 1985-1988. He was Rick Jones in the 1982-1983 The Incredible Hulk. He was the younger brother Tommy Talltree of Airborne in the G.I. Joe episode "Operation Mind Menace". He was the voice of Arn in The Legend of Prince Valiant. Lastly, he was The Prince in the 1993 animated film, Happily Ever After.
In addition to his acting work, Horton is a producer, director, and editor. He is co-host of the podcast Digital Production Buzz, and a founder of the Los Angeles Final Cut Pro User Group.
Horton is married to actress Debbie Zipp, who played his fiancée (later wife) Donna Mayberry on Murder, She Wrote. They have two children together.
