José María Ramón Obando del Campo (née "José María Ramón Iragorri de Lemos" August 8, 1795 – April 29, 1861) was a Colombian general and statesman who served as Vice president of the New Granada, and had to serve as interim President of the country between 1831 and 1832. Subsequently he was elected President of the Republic of the New Granada in 1853 but was later deposed due to conflicts within his own party in 1854. He is believed by many to have engineered the assassination of the Great Marshall of Ayacucho, Antonio José de Sucre.
