Davina Shackleton is a fictional character in the British drama series "Waterloo Road". Played by Christine Tremarco.

At Waterloo Road

Davina was Jack Rimmer's PA, joining in Series 2, and they very quickly became close and began a relationship with each other. However, during Series 2 Jack found out about Davina's relationship with schoolboy and son of her former employee, Brett Aspinall. As a result, they ended their relationship but got back together later in the series. However, after this event Jack showed a growing dislike of Brett.

Aster asking Jack if she could have a trial as a teaching assistant, she was placed in Tom Clarkson's classes. She showed great potential as an assistant, and ultimately a teacher. Her caring and patient nature made her perfect for the role of helper for autistic student Karla Bentham.

After attending a course away from home, Jack had a one-night stand with French teacher Steph Haydock. Davina found out after Matt Wilding accidently revealed it to her. Although they were engaged and planning their wedding, Davina found it impossible to get over the betrayal and left Jack. In the following weeks, Jack resigned after it was exposed he had used LEA granted money to bribe middle class students to the school.

Once Jack had left, Davina began a proper teaching course with the help of Tom Clarkson. They grew close and began a relationship, although Tom was wary of upsetting Chlo and Mika so soon after their mother had died. When he revealed to them that he and Davina were in a relationship, Chlo accepted it but Mika was less pleased, possibly as Davina had been i a relationship with Brett, Mika's former boyfriend. However, after Jack returns in the penultimate episode of Series 3 to ask Davina to accompany his to a new job in Dubai, Mika accepts Davina and hatches a plan to make her stay. Davina ultimately chooses Tom and they officially begin their relationship with Mika's blessing.

However, at the end of series three, a fire accidentally caused by Stuart Hordley started, and Davina became trapped in a corridor along with several students including Bolton Smilie. Davina lost consciousness due to smoke inhalation, but after several determined attempts Bolton managed to unlock the door at the end of the corridor. He carried out an unconscious Davina to a crowd of shocked students and teachers, including heartbroken Tom. It is still unknown as to whether she survived.Waterloo Road
