"The Beatles' Ballads" is a compilation album featuring a selection of ballad songs by The Beatles. The album was not released in the United States, but in the UK, Canada and Australia. In the latter the album was a giant hit, spending 7 weeks at #1.

The cover art had been created in 1968 as a possible cover for what would become "The White Album". Its style and concept appears to support the original working title of "A Doll's House."

The cover design has the Beatles and all animals and birds. Interestingly Yoko Ono's picture is shown on John's Chest like a pendant.

"The Beatles' Ballads" was never released on CD.
