Henry Oxley was a Canadian Major League baseball player from Covehead, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Oxley moved to Massachusetts at a young age and played briefly with both the New York Gothams and the New York Metropolitans in 1884. He played in just three games and ended his career without getting a hit.

Oxley is one of only two players from Prince Edward Island (the other being Vern Handrahan) to have played in Major League Baseball.
