In 2001, he moved to London where he studied film production at the London Academy of Radio Film and Television, and a BA in Film and Media at Birkbeck University of London. He also enrolled in different screenwriting and directing courses in Spain, United Kingdom, Italy and the United States.

David has directed short films, commercials, virals and has written several feature film scripts. He has won over 60 awards in Europe, Asia and America, and is now working on Citizen of the World, his feature film directional debut.[1] As well as filmmaking, he has written two novels and has been a screenwriter for other projects. He speaks fluent Catalan, English, French, Italian and Spanish.[1]
